The Saffron produced on the farm is farmed using organic and biodynamic farming methods

The fields of Saffron bulbs  called crocus sativus flower end of October to mid November. During these weeks they are harvested by hand and dried to produce high quality saffron pistils


 These can be used in many foods   infused together with local honey to create a gourmet Saffron honey
